Above 40 clinicians, each additional clinician is $1,500.
An organization training forty-five clinicians is $40,000 + (5 × $1,500) = $47,500.
Training is included in the license. It is two days, a week apart, for about twenty people at a time. If more than twenty need to be trained, additional training days are added. The book comes with the license. It is not sold on its own.
