$1,500 for each additional clinician after the first ten, on every tier.
A small organization training twelve people is $15,000 + (2 × $1,500) = $18,000.
Training is included in the license. It is two days, a week apart, for about twenty people at a time. If more than twenty need to be trained, additional training days are added. The book comes with the license. It is not sold on its own.
